Homely Hotel ★★★★★
Lovely hotel that is very near the museums. Lovely room and really nice staff. Very close to the tube station, great dining options in the area to suit all tastes and budgets. The continental breakfast was as you would expect in a nicely presented breakfast room. I paid the reasonable extra and upgraded to the full English which was perfect for me.. ★★★★★
TripAdvisor Member - LondonFriendly and comfortable hotel ★★★★★
The Ashburn is well located near a convenient Tube stop and reasonable eating places. The staff are winderfully kind, helpful and efficient. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped for the price range. Air conditioning worked well. Very limited street noise. Breakfast is a generous continental. Note that there is a good lift but maybe 6 steps from the street to the lobby. We would definitely stay there again. Excellent ecperience.
melodyan -Great London location! ★★★★★
A lovely hotel in fashionable Kensington, an easy walk to the Underground, & a good variety of restaurants & pubs in the area. The hotel itself is well appointed with elegant decor. The room was spacious & clean. The staff were helpful, friendly & polite. The receptionist kindly printed our forthcoming flight boarding passes. Nice little touches along the way. Hope to return one day.

The hotel is just 1-2 min walk from Gloucester Road subway which is also easily accessible to/and from Heathrow Airport. There're grocery store, pharmacy and plenty of choices of restaurants nearby. The twin room on the 5th Floor is quiet and spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. My stay was good in terms of the price and the location of the hotel.

This has to be the most charming boutique hotel in Kensington you're going to find. Excellent location minutes away from Gloucester Road tube station, extremely well appointed rooms and a reception/concirge staff that keep me coming back. I have stayed at the Millennium, the Sheraton and the Rembrandt hotels in Knightsbridge. I found the Ashburn 4 years ago and have made it my home away from home while in London. Ask for Syle, Sharam or Antoyna and you will see why. They are the consummate hoteliers and go above and beyond to take care of every request and reservation required. But the real reason is they genuinely care about their guests. I am treated like royalty when I stay there. And that's a big deal especially in England. Bravo Ashburn Hotel, Bravo!!
Adam Ross S -lovely hotel/ great location ★★★★★
This is a small boutique hotel located very near the tube station in South Kensington with 3 different tube lines. There are numerous restaurants right there as well as a supermarket. The room was quite large and nicely furnished. The staff was helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

We checked into a lovely room with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and lovely view. The sitting area/bar is decorated with plush sofas, satin/velvet drapes, and a nice little bar. We took lots of photos in that room because it was decorated as a Victorian drawing room. The concierge was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Maps were given to us, taxis called, drinks served, and questions answered. The hotel is in a super location, convenient to the tube and good cafes. We were thoroughly pleased with this hotel, and I would book again if we ever return to London.
